Our products are individually made and handcrafted which in turn causes the production time to take up to 15 working days, depending stock availability. In addition, the delivery takes between 6 to 10 days, depending on the specified location. On holidays and sales, the delivery time can be extended. All of our products are carefully packaged in a signature box before delivery.

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. You can return your Iutta product for a refund or exchange for the price paid at the time of purchase within 14 days of delivery. For more information, please read our return policy.

With a 4 and 9 year old, I prefer to be hands free when out and about. I don't really want to wear a backpack, especially in the summer heat, but I want a purse that will stay in place without swinging around and still look fashionable. This fits the bill! This just arrived! Tried it on. It fits well, is very comfortable. Although it is pretty spacious, it is not heavy. The waist strap is very well made, with a nice piece that keeps the excess strap in place and not flapping around. Love the design! So summery and vibrant (Posted on 23/06/2018)
